What’s Included:

  • 1. Individualized Training (10 sessions)

    Each athlete receives 10 private, personalized sessions focused on:
    •Technical mastery
    • First touch & ball control
    • Speed of play
    • Passing, dribbling, finishing
    • Decision-making under pressure
    • Tactical awareness
    • Confidence and IQ development

    Training is scheduled flexibly through Acuity to fit each family’s schedule.

  • 2. Weekly Nutrition Support (with Coach Emily)

    We’re proud to include Coach Emily as our program nutritionist. She is a college friend of Coach Omar and holds the following credentials:
    • MS, RDN, LDN, CPT
    • Master of Science
    • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
    • Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist
    • Certified Personal Trainer

    Throughout the winter she provides:
    • Weekly nutrition tips
    • Recovery & fueling strategies
    • Hydration guidance
    • Performance nutrition education
    • Open Q&A for parents & players

    This ensures athletes are developing on and off the field.

    A high-energy environment where athletes:
    • Apply the skills they trained during the week
    • Compete in game-like situations
    • Build decision-making, speed, and confidence
    • Test their progress under pressure

    Winter Elite players attend first, and outside players may drop in to elevate competition and intensity.

  • 4. Exclusive Weekly Content

    The Winter Elite Program includes weekly high-value content delivered through our BAND platform:
    • Weekly Updates & Reminders: Everything families need to stay on track.
    • Soccer Highlights & Learning Clips: Short, educational clips explaining technique, decision-making, and real training moments.
    • Weekly Challenges: Fun, competitive tasks players complete at home to build consistency.
    • Goal of the Week: Spotlighting exceptional finishes or moments from sessions.
    • Player Spotlights: Celebrating hard work, improvement, attitude, and leadership.
    • Program-Wide Announcements: Weather updates, schedule changes, and important reminders.
    • Training Tips & Development Insights: Breakdowns, coaching points, and video analysis to support player learning all week long.
